·         To keep your body fit one must exercise daily to remove stress, languidness, faience.
·         Massage your body with any massaging oil from top to bottom. Easy way to find out massaging oil is to use household sesame oil. It is a best oil to massage your body.
·         Massaging with oil loosens your body and prevents ruptures, bad odor of the sweat. Massage at least twice in a week.

·         After that according to your age and body conditions follow the daily course of physical exercises.
·         By this the oil you massaged reaches every root of the hair, blood vessels and gives good potency.
·         After that take a clean bath, with mild soap till the left over oil is removed from the surface of your body.

·         Bath at least twice a day. Once in the morning before breakfast and in the evening before dinner.
